In our Human Resources Training segment, we offer a few different options beginning with A Great Supervisor. This program was developed to address the shortfalls in supervisory skills in growing businesses. Strategies are developed to increase staff engagement through more effective supervision and understanding how to motivate staff. This session is great for any company that is interested in putting more emphasis on improving communication and engagement of their team. 

Great Performance is a program that works through building a staff philosophy for your business and understanding the jobs, roles, and responsibilities. This program includes learning how to create a detailed job description for each employee and/or job position, including drafting job and behaviour expectations for each employee. This session ends with understanding the importance of creating an effective performance review process. 

We also offer workshops focused on creating processes and documents specifically for your business needs in a group session. These workshop sessions are more hands-on-creating and less workbook-learning than the training programs but still deliver the fundamentals.

It provides a simple, compelling process that helps leaders get real results and improves self-awareness in critical areas that will help you get better outcomes as a leader. This program can be taught in one 1- or 2-day session.


The Five Behaviours of a Cohesive Team®

The Five Behaviours of a Cohesive Team® has a simple goal: to facilitate a learning experience that helps professionals and their organizations discover what it takes to build a truly cohesive and effective team. The Five Behaviours profile, which provides both individual and team feedback, is grounded in the model described in The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, the internationally best-selling leadership fable by Patrick Lencioni. With this program, participants will learn how, as a team, they score on the key components of the model: trust, conflict, commitment, accountability, and results. Additionally, the program is powered by Everything DiSC, a model that helps individuals better understand themselves and others. Using these results, participants will be able to create a stronger team. This program can be taught in a 2-day session with follow-up. 


Marketing 101 / Launching Stuff

We created Launching Stuff to help dealers generate excitement among staff and develop a push strategy to customers based on products or services that the dealer intends to offer to customers in the future. This two-day workshop teaches the participants to understand the importance of expressing their differentiation over competitors in their marketplace as well as walking them through building a launch plan for their specific product or service. Participants will complete an actionable launch plan by the end of the session. Launching Stuff and Marketing 101 can be taught together in a 2- or 3-day session. 

Marketing 101 is a one-day marketing session to help businesses understand the fundamental theories of marketing as well as the impact the proper marketing mix can have on their business. Marketing 101 and Launching Stuff can be taught together in a 2- or 3-day session.


Being a Great Board of Directors

An effective board of directors is vital to its organization. This training session teaches the fundamentals for building and operating as a fully functional board. It is important for members to understand the rules that give structure to setting and conducting meetings with agendas, properly presenting a policy or position, defining job descriptions and expectations for all board members, as well as functional and acceptable communication.

This program will be tailored to the needs of the board upon request and is usually a 1-day session.
