Great Performance is a program that works through building a staff philosophy for your business and understanding the jobs, roles, and responsibilities. This program includes learning how to create a detailed job description for each employee and/or job position, including drafting job and behaviour expectations for each employee. This session ends with understanding the importance of creating an effective performance review process.
We also offer workshops focused on creating processes and documents specifically for your business needs in a group session. These workshop sessions are more hands-on-creating and less workbook-learning than the training programs but still deliver the fundamentals.
